- **Event Description**: Powerful Tools for Caregivers is designed to help family caregivers find balance while caring for a loved one. Learn to reduce stress, make tough decisions, navigate family dynamics, connect with fellow caregivers and build resources. The ACHC PTC course will be led by our fantastic CFO, Wendy Mott, and our amazing Chronic Care Manager, Susan Goudie-Adams. It will start on April 30th and end on June 4th. This class is FREE and will be once a week for 6 weeks on Wednesdays from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This scripted, evidence-based workshop series is not a support group, however, creates a supportive network of fellow caregivers. Registration is for the entire 6-week series and is required.
