2026 Flint Hills Stampede
Council Grove, KS
June 12th - 14th

Backroads Touring Kansas proudly presents  the 2026 Flint Hills Stampede benefiting Friends Helping Friends and Camp Wood.  The Flint Hills Stampede is the original Dual Sport /  Adventure Touring event in Kansas having visited multiple communities in the past and we are returning to Council Grove and the Morris County Fair Grounds.  

Registration for this years event will be $20 before May 1st.  Tickets purchased after May 1st will be $25 up to and including the day of the event.   We are using a registration page this year that doesn't charge any fee's to non-profits.  When you are checking out it is going to ask you if you want to tip.  If you choose not to tip Zeffy you will need to choose "other" and change the amount to zero.  I am not the biggest fan of the tip amount auto populating, but I can't change it to "0" and I can't refund it if you inadvertently pay it.

There will be multiple activities happening on Friday the 12th.  Please follow the event page for updates and the full list of activities.  We will have group rides on Saturday, tent & boondock trailer camping and can purchase a Saturday meal ticket for $12.  This years meal will be a "Backyard BBQ" consisting of Burgers /Dogs /Brats with sides and desert. Meal tickets will only be available up to June 10th.  

Rooms are available at the local hotels and full service camping is available at Council Grove lake.  We encourage everyone to come on Friday and enjoy additional riding and the hospitality that Council Grove has to offer.
