This class is about relaxation & ease. It’s structured to help calm the mind, rest the body, & renew the nervous system. Class will start with a grounding pose to help you settle into your mat & prepare for the class.  We’ll follow with four to five poses & body scan while in supported savasana using oodles of props. The use of a blanket, eye & body pillows, hot stones & essential oils will help you melt into the poses. The soft music & lighting contribute to bringing balance to the nervous system.
