Anime NebrasKon 2026

Anime NebrasKon (aka NebKon) is a Japanese Animation and pop culture convention. We started in 2004 and have been steadily growing since, with over 7K attendees in 2024 and 2025.

“The divide between spirits and living thins and that’s when the festival begins! Join Anime NebrasKon 2026 as we bring together the two worlds into one celebration of both; encompassing and educating those on Japan’s mythical yōkai. Mingle among the trickster foxes, wandering spirits and demon hunters in an event that marries the silly, spooky and strange to make something spectacular!”

What is it about Anime NebrasKon that sets us apart? We are dedicated to making our convention the most accessible, inclusive, and enjoyable event in the country. We are passionate about getting the details right, and we strive to have every attendee leave with a smile.

Membership agreement: By purchasing a badge to Anime NebrasKon you are purchasing a limited membership to the NJAS event Anime NebrasKon. This membership is property of the Nebraska Japanese Animation Society (NJAS) and Anime NebrasKon. We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the convention at any time for any reason. This membership is non-transferable and non-refundable. Use of this membership by anyone other than the assigned attendee is prohibited and will result in confiscation of said membership. Distribution of and/or use of a duplicate membership will result in confiscation of said membership. The NJAS and Anime NebrasKon reserve the right to use any attendee’s image and likeness for any current or future promotional material.
