This is a restorative experience inviting you to pause, breathe, and soften into stillness. As the evenings grow darker and the season turns inward, this gentle yet powerful experience offers a cocoon of healing vibrations to restore balance, calm the mind and realign the body, heart and spirit before the winter months arrive.

What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a calming experience where soothing sounds wash over you, helping your mind and body deeply relax. You simply lay down on a yoga mat on the floor, cover yourself with a light blanket should you choose to and place an eye mask over your eyes. Dionne will play melodic instruments such as the crystal bowls, koshi chimes and other instruments, creating a calming environment that eases stress, enhances your wellbeing, quiets the mind and restores balance in the body.

Arrival Time

You are welcome to arrive 10 minutes early before the start time to set up your space.

Energy Exchange

All we ask for the energy exchange is a positive testimonial and to take a photo of the space (faces will not be shown).

Precautions

Do not consume alcohol or recreational drugs before or in attendance at this event. Pregnancy; Tinnitus; Pacemaker; Hearing Aids need to be removed during the Sound Bath; Electronic Impants; Epilepsy; Severe Mntal Health Disorders.
