Mark your calendars for The Vibrant Spectrum: A chakra balancing retreat @ Verde Retreat from October 16th to 19th in Cottonwood, AZ. This all-inclusive event features 7 yoga sessions, cozy accommodations, and all meals provided. We've also lined up 2 extra fun outings, including kayaking to a winery, along with other engaging on-site activities. There will be plenty of downtime for relaxation and rejuvenation. Our hope at Verde is for you to depart with a refreshed heart, rejuvenated spirit and emotionally enriched. Participants will experience several rejuvenating practices be it Hatha, Restorative or Yoga Nidra that will enhance their immune system and cultivate inner harmony.
