Coming Nov. 8th, 2025! Charity deadlift competition! This is for fun, and the entire $25 registration fee goes to the local VFW hall foe their holiday box shipments 🇺🇲 Valley Fitness Cottage Grove has been generous enough to allow us to use their facility for this event. Sign up today by contacting me personally or a staff member at Valley Fitness. Let's lift heavy stuff for a good cause 💪🏼
