- **Event Description**: In this style of yoga, we integrate the alignments of Balance/Original Alignment (based on studying the posture of less industrialized cultures) with Iyengar style yoga to reduce injuries, increase length in the spine, and relieve back pain. Other benefits include increased strength and flexibility, improved posture, and stress reduction. We’ll also be integrating some of Dr. Loren Fishman’s guidelines for bone strengthening. Beginners welcome!

Taught by Dana Davis, Certified Balance/Original Alignment posture teacher, Certified Yoga Teacher (500 hour program), certified to teach Yoga for Osteoporosis by Dr. Loren Fishman.

Tuition: $25 drop-in, $85 for series of 4 classes, $160 for 8 (cash & checks only at the door). 

RSVP: suggested.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with at least 24 hours notice will be refunded, less a $5 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, but you can apply your credit to a future class.
