We also wanted to be transparent about one of the key challenges we faced:- As a local event, it was very important to us to keep ticket prices at a level that felt fair and accessible for our local community. However, with event costs rising so significantly across the board, it became increasingly difficult to strike that balance. Ultimately, despite our best efforts, it proved impossible to maintain affordable pricing while covering the true cost of delivering the festival. Please don’t let this experience put you off supporting or buying tickets early for events in the future.
