Join our 12-hour Blended Paediatric First Aid Course, suitable for early years practitioners working with children aged 0-5 years. This course meets OFSTED requirements for registered settings and includes:
6 hours e-learning (completed in advance).
6 hours practical training (hands-on learning).
What you’ll learn:
Safely getting help in an emergency
Roles and responsibilities of a first aider
CPR, recovery position, choking, drowning
Shock, allergies/anaphylaxis, bites, and stings
Wounds, bleeding, burns, poisoning
Spinal injuries, fractures, and head injuries
Managing asthma, diabetes, seizures/epilepsy
Dealing with extremes of temperature
Common childhood injuries and accident reporting
Key details:
E-learning codes sent prior to the practical day.
Ensure all e-learning is completed before attending the practical session.

Certification:
A 3-year certification upon successful continuous assessment (no final exam).
