The first one is tomorrow, October 25, at Central Park in Rancho Santa Margarita. Dancing outdoors is great for your mood, and learning new steps will challenge your brain while also strengthening your body. I'll either be teaching the steps to Thriller by Michael Jackson for Halloween, or a beginner-friendly Afrobeats dance. I'm leaving the vote up to the dancers, so let me know in the comments ;)

The second is a twerk workshop in Costa Mesa on Sunday—a.k.a., the TWERKSHOP!! I love to teach people twerk. It's a fun, challenging way to strengthen your glutes and legs. It's also incredible. for releasing trauma and tension, and getting in touch with your body and sensuality. It's from 3-5pm at AfterHours Dance Studio.
