At Recoup Personal Training, we believe in giving back to those who serve. We invite you to our 15th Annual Push-Ups for Charity event on Saturday, May 30th.

All proceeds benefit the Boot Campaign, specifically their Health & Wellness Program which provides holistic, personalized care to Veterans and their families. As a community, we’ve raised over $275,000 to help identify and treat the root causes of the invisible wounds of war.

Come for the push-ups, stay for the community! We’ll have:
- An amazing raffle with goods in excess of $5,000 ??
- Delicious food from Las Salsas (formerly Hector's Tacos) ?
- A chance to be part of something bigger than yourself! ?
