About the event

Making Kombucha
The Coshocton County District Library is hosting two upcoming Ohio State University Extension classes. On Monday, March 23, come learn about the benefits of making kombucha, a popular Asian fermented tea drink. Emily Marrison, OSU Extension Family and Consumer Sciences educator, will demonstrate how to make kombucha. She will also share food safety and best practices based on research for the National Center for Home Food Preservation. On Wednesday, April 1, get inspired to use an air fryer to cook healthy and delicious meals and snacks. Emily will demonstrate recipes and have samples of foods to taste. Each program will be from 5:30-6:30 PM in the large meeting room of the Coshocton County District Library, 655 Main Street in Coshocton. Registration opens one month before each program. You can register at coshoctonlibrary.org/events or by calling the library at 740-622-0956.
