Some things for you to know:

Classes start at 8:00 am and last approximately 7-8 hours. 

You will need the following on the day of class:

*Photo ID

*Class fee of $75.00. We accept cash, debit, or credit cards.  Sorry, no checks. 

*Serviceable handgun, you may bring any handgun of your choosing, with the exception of no magnum calibers. You will not have to break down and clean the firearm. 

*No loaded firearms and no loaded magazines 

*50 rounds of factory ammo, no loose rounds or reloads.

*Eye protection.

*Ear protection.

*Lunch, snacks, and drinks for the day. Due to our location, we do not let students leave for lunch. 

* Please dress appropriately for the forecasted weather of the day. We will shoot regardless of rain, snow, etc. ( jackets and  appropriate footwear). The only exception will be dangerous weather conditions.

We are located at 13057 US Hwy 60 West, Corydon, Kentucky. We are the last house in Henderson County on Highway 60 on the right if you are coming from Henderson or the first house in Henderson County on the left if coming from Morganfieild. Please pull into the driveway that leads to the cream pole barn in the backyard and park. Class is held in the pole barn.

Also, if you want to practice the shooting part of the class, we shoot from 7 yards.  I tell students to use a standard sheet of paper with a dot in the center for a target. If you can consistently hit that,  you will have no problem with the range portion.
