This workshop will blend psychoeducation with embodied practice to explore interpersonal neurobiology, developmental movement patterns, and the nervous system. Utilizing Bonnie Baingbridge Cohen’s “Satisfaction Cycle,” participants will explore their somatic capacity for more secure relating-- with others, with themselves, and with the environment. Afton's approach is firmly non-pathologizing; students will be guided to care for each insight and inner edge with compassionate curiosity. 
This program includes:
• Psychoeducation
• Gentle movement (internally focused)
• Opportunity for reflection, discussion, and questions.
 
Wear comfortable clothing. Journal optional. Open to the Public.
