Free Workshop: Rhythm Smashdown

Find it difficult to hear the rhythm of Timba music? Struggle to stay on rhythm when you dance?

Use this free 30-minute workshop to practice listening to Timba music and maintaining the rhythm of your feet while you dance.

Hear the rhythm of the music that you're listening to and move your body in sync with the music with the guidance of our seasoned instructors. The more you practice moving with good rhythm, the better you get at rhythm!
