BUNGEE BOOTCAMP

This amazing class will integrate bungee with weights and bands for a wonderful and fun workout. This is a beginner bungee class with extra strength training. Cost is only $99 for 8 sessions. Signup on the website www.cooperscycleanfitness.net.
