- **Event Description**: The Cortez Makerspace is offering a Student Summer Pass, giving students full access to our space from May 15 through August 31 for only $60!

Through hands-on workshops, students will develop real skills in laser cutting, 3D printing, screen printing, sewing, computer skills, silversmithing, VR, and more — with a strong focus on creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Once students complete an intro workshop for a station, they can use that equipment independently during open hours all summer long.

To kick things off, we have two signature events:
? - Kickoff Event — May 15: An all-day open house and celebration open to students and families.
⚙️ - Kickoff Week — May 26–30: Full-day, station-specific workshops for students to get trained and hands-on.

Free gifted passes are available for students with financial need, and community members can gift a pass to a local youth through our website. Parent or guardian permission is required for all participants.
