For over a decade now, I’ve been attending the A4M (American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine) conference each year — usually with the same small group of friends who, like me, are genuinely curious about what it means to live well for a long time.
Not just longer — but clearer, more present, more alive.
Every year I go, not because I’m looking for the next shiny thing, but because I care deeply about staying informed, grounded, and discerning about health, longevity, and how science is evolving. I listen for what’s real, what’s useful, and what actually translates into a better quality of life.
This year, something stood out in a big way.
Across multiple talks and disciplines, the conversation kept circling back to the same theme: brain health, and how deeply it’s connected to metabolism, inflammation, lifestyle, and nervous system regulation.
It felt important enough to bring home and share.
This evening is an invitation to step out of urgency and into understanding — to gather, learn, and reconnect with what truly supports a healthy, vibrant life over time.
I hope you’ll join us.
Warmly,
Lori Grace

What science is now making very clear is that many of the neurological challenges we’re seeing more of — Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, dementia, brain fog, long COVID symptoms, even what we call “normal” cognitive decline — are not random or inevitable.
They’re increasingly understood as the result of long-term inflammatory and metabolic stress on the brain.
And the hopeful part?
These processes often begin 20 to 30 years before symptoms show up, which means there is far more room for prevention, resilience, and choice than we were ever told.
This evening is about understanding that landscape — without fear, without overwhelm — and learning what actually supports brain health over time.
Lori will share a video of the presentation at A4M by Dr. David Perlmutter, MD and, in clear, accessible language, will help answer questions and facilitate a discussion about how brain improvement can take place at any age. Here are the factors that can affect brain health we will be covering...
This is not a medical lecture. It’s a conversation. And its all about understanding the terrain so we can move through it more wisely.
This gathering is for you if you:
You don’t need any background in medicine — just curiosity and a willingness to listen.
