𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐆𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢 è una delle più autorevoli e riconosciute giornaliste italiane. Negli anni Novanta ha fatto scuola introducendo il videogiornalismo nel nostro Paese. Nel 1997 ha inventato Report, considerato da pubblico e critica il miglior programma di giornalismo investigativo, di cui è stata autrice e conduttrice fino al 2016. Nel 2018 ha fondato la nuova rubrica del Corriere della Sera “Dataroom”. Ha vinto numerosi premi e nel 2005 le è stato assegnato dal presidente Ciampi il più prestigioso per il giornalismo: il Saint-Vincent. L’ultimo suo libro, scritto insieme con Simona Ravizza, è “Codice rosso – Come la sanità pubblica è diventata un affare privato”, Fuori Scena editore, 2024.
