Please bring: A yoga mat and a pillow for beneath your head. Optional: A pillow or bolster for beneath your knees, a blanket to cover up with, and anything else to assist you to be comfortable to lie down during the meditation.
Also, please bring water or another beverage. It is always good to hydrate before and after sound healing!
