Step into the magic of the holidays as we paint a peaceful candle surrounded by a vibrant poinsettia
This cozy winter scene is all about warmth, glow, and that classic holiday charm. We’ll explore simple blending techniques to create a realistic candle flame, build depth with dark layered tones, and bring the poinsettia petals to life with rich reds and highlights.
About the Instructor:
My name is April Ancira-Martinez, and I am a passionate artist, art teacher, and the proud owner of a mobile paint party business, bringing creativity to people's doorsteps. I love to read, garden, and enjoy nature, finding inspiration in the beauty of the world around me. As a mother of four and grandmother of two, I balance family life with my artistic pursuits, drawing energy from my vibrant surroundings. I’m also training as an art therapist, combining my love for art with a desire to help others heal and express themselves. As an artisan, I create unique pieces that reflect my personal journey. My multifaceted career reflects my commitment to nurturing creativity in others while continuing to grow as an artist and educator.
