Gentle Beach Yoga

I’m trying something new this beach yoga season.

Instead of weekly classes, I’ll be hosting a free class every 4th Tuesday of the month.

✨ Our first one is Tuesday, 2/24 at 7:30am.

Join me for a Sunrise Reset. Class will be a slow, gentle, grounding flow designed to help you breathe, move, and start your day with intention.

All levels welcome.
Bring a mat or towel.

Come as you are.

No pressure. No performance. Just community

Class will be held on Whitecap Beach in front of the Padre Bali Park building, near the Bob Hall Pier. Look for the yoga flag!

There is a parking lot between the building and the beach to use if you don’t want to drive on the sand. The easiest way to get to class is at the Padre Bali Park Entrance.
