Project H.O.P.E, at the Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation, provides substance prevention education to youth and adults in the community with the intention of creating positive social norms, promote behavioral health, and mobilize the community to implement policy change regarding tobacco, alcohol, and prescription drugs. Project H.O.P.E. is hoping to show the City of Corpus Christi a need for a city ordinance for no smoking in public parks in the Coastal Bend.
