Come hungry and ready to support on Saturday, November 8th, 2025, at the VFW Post 2397 John N. Timon Post from 12:00 PM until sold out. Join The Council on Alcohol + Drug Abuse - Coastal Bend and The Big Bertha Foundation for Barbecue for Recovery! $15.00 Event tickets will include a pulled pork sandwich, sausage, chips, and a drink. Presale tickets are available for purchase. Every plate sold helps families in the Coastal Bend recover from the wreckage of substance misuse. When you purchase a plate, you are supporting youth, individuals, and families in our community who embark on their journey of hope and healing through intensive outpatient treatment, recovery support services, parenting education, peer support, case management, and other essential services. We are honored to share this event with The Big Bertha Foundation and our friends at VFW Post 2397!
