Instructor: Fritz Schumacher's
Armand “Fritz” Schumacher, a Vietnam Veteran from New York, is a dedicated artist whose painting has been a transformative part of his life. Serving in Navy ground forces during Vietnam, Fritz turned to art to heal from PTSD and stay connected to others. He approaches portrait painting with a Zen-like focus, bringing each subject to life stroke by stroke. With hundreds of works created, Fritz’s passion for art goes beyond sales—it's a vital part of his healing journey and personal expression.
