- **Event Description**: Local non-profit, Stop Bullying Inc, cordially invites you to the ‘Fiesta de Selena Mural’. This free event takes place every year at the Times Market located at 4261 Elvira Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas, 78416 in the Molina neighborhood on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 6pm.  

After the installation of the new Selena mural, the Corpus Christi community has asked for there to be a fiesta to commemorate the late Tejano singers music and mural, which historically has been the centre of Selena’s after life. When the original mural was painted on the store building in 1995 by Dicky Valdez. This events enables the surrounding communities to come together for the love of music that we all share and to have a feel of nostalgia of Selena’s legacy. This is event is not for profit and will not sale Selena’s merchandise. 

This year will have non-stop Selena music playing by a dj accompanied by low riders and photo opportunities with special guests. 

There will also be free backpacks and school supplies for back to school and prizes for best dance performance and Selena look alike contest.

The public is invited to this very special event and we hope that you will be there too. Oh, yeah it’s absolutely free to the public!
