Join us to escape icy winter and frozen post-practice hair, for our training trip to San Diego!

A Masters training camp with a little bit of everything. Swimmers used to masters sessions will have both mixed bag and freestyle-specific practice options. Most sessions take place in the long course pool. Coach Dave Cameron plans each session to cover technical and training themes so that you return home with more mindful swimming, and maybe some freckles or tan. Practices alternate between long course (50 meter) and short course (25 yard).

Prereq: experience with regular masters practices of 60 min or more.

1/31- 8-10am, 3-4:30pm
