This special Guard Development Camp is designed to help students build a stronger, more effective guard from the ground up.
In this focused training experience, students will work on:
• Guard retention fundamentals
• Distance management & hip mobility
• Attacks from closed and open guard
• Sweeps and submissions
• Defensive awareness & recovery
• Positional sparring focused on guard improvement
This is not a regular class. This is a structured development session designed to accelerate your child’s progress.
We will combine technical instruction, drills, games, and live training in a safe, positive environment that builds confidence and skill.
⚠️ Spots are limited to 20 students to ensure quality instruction and individual attention.
