We invite you to join us for this nearly Spring weekend of enriching and creative Open Floor Dance, Yoga and nature meditations to bring a deeper sense of aliveness and embodiment into your life.

There is a lightness of being, a soulful way of inhabiting the body, which deepens our connection with life.

During this retreat with the guiding lights of Yoga and Open Floor Dance we will move, dance, connect, rest and reflect supported by the beauty of the land at Mana Retreat.

No experience of yoga or dance is needed to join the retreat. We welcome everyone with a curiosity to move and explore.

Schedule
Arrive at Mana from 4pm on the Friday, with dinner at 6pm, followed by the evening session.
We finish with lunch at 1pm on the Sunday.
