Masks serve a purpose — they help us navigate the world. Yet when a mask outlives its function, it can begin to feel restrictive, limiting our natural expression and constricting our highest potential. This workshop offers a safe and nurturing space to recognize when it is time to soften, transform, or release the masks that no longer serve you. You will be lovingly guided back to the light, love, and stillness of your Spirit Self. From this grounded inner space, you can compassionately observe: • Which roles feel natural, joyful, and aligned • Which roles feel heavy, draining, or imposed • Which identities may be outdated or concealing your true essence During the workshop, you will create a mask moulded to your own face. As you journey inward and explore what your mask represents, you will begin the sacred process of unmasking — revealing your true self beneath conditioned roles and expectations. You will then artistically transform your mask as a symbolic reminder: You are not the roles you perform. You are not the identities you carry. You are the essence beneath all forms of concealment. Workshop Flow We begin with a sacred cacao ceremony to gently open and soften the heart. This is followed by mask-making, a guided meditation with channeled transmissions. You will then paint and decorate your mask while immersed in the soothing sounds of medicine music.
