Come and join our wonderful Dance Tribe as we explore soulful movement resources that relate directly to our lives....on and off the dance floor. 

This Thursday we will explore the movement of Flowing.

We will exploring the 5 different Rhythms that we dance through in each Dance for the next 5 classes.
Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness.
Each class is a stand alone class however it is also wonderful if you can come to all 5!
