Through a mix of his own experiences and formal education, he's both passionate and knowledgeable about mental health, helping others to better understand their own mental health, and sharing tips on how to help when someone else is experiencing a mental challenge. 
 
Jack’s journey through challenges, purpose, and ultramarathons will leave you inspired to take your next step forward.
 
Jack played prop for Takapuna and is now facilitating NZ Rugby’s Mind Set Engage programme.
