✨A journey into the inner light of stillness✨

As the golden hues of autumn begin to settle around us and the world gently turns inward, this 6-week series offers a sacred space to do the same. Autumn invites us into reflection, release, and restoration, a time to soften, slow down, and listen deeply to what is stirring within.

Through gentle somatic flow yoga, mindful breath, and soothing energy and vibrational medicine, each evening will support the body to unwind and the nervous system to regulate in a world that can often feel fast and disharmonious. The gentle movement will help open the body with grace and ease, creating space for energy to flow, emotions to settle, and inner awareness to awaken.

As the season shifts, we too are invited to shift, shedding what no longer serves and returning to the quiet wisdom held beneath the noise. Sound and vibration are beautiful allies for this process, helping to move stagnant energy, calm the mind, and bring the body back into resonance with its natural rhythm. Just as autumn winds rustle the leaves into release, vibration helps us loosen, clear, and come home to stillness.

Each Thursday evening, allow yourself to be held in a nourishing space of rest, movement, and sacred sound. A space to reconnect with your inner light and tend lovingly to your whole being.
