How Great Communicators Influence, Engage and Inspire using TAP-C™ by Prof. Jay Acharya MCIPD, AMInstLM, FCMI, MAC, FITOL

Effective communication is fundamental to building strong relationships, improving collaboration and achieving positive outcomes in the workplace. This interactive workshop introduces participants to the core principles of communication, helping them understand how to listen more effectively, ask better questions and adapt their approach to different situations and individuals.

Using the TAP-C™ Empowered Coaching and Influencing Technique, delegates will learn how to structure productive conversations through Tell, Ask, Partner and Commit. By the end of the session, participants will have practical tools to improve communication, increase influence and encourage greater ownership and accountability in others.
