A warm, grounded meeting place where you are seen, held ?, and gently supported — where we don’t treat distress as defect, and there is no pressure to perform wellness. ?️? 
A place to soften, regulate, replenish, and remember yourself — because self-care isn’t indulgent… it’s imperative. ?

Led by our Holistic Nurse ?‍⚕️?, who understands both the toll of caregiving and the nature of healthcare, each 90‑minute gathering weaves together gentle modalities and practical strategies, including:

? herbal support & guidance
? energy medicine
? aromatherapy + acu‑aromatherapy
? emotional regulation tools

⏳ 90 minutes | ? Monthly Wednesday | ? 6:30–8:00 PM
 $25 per session
? Refreshments provided in our warm, relaxing, nurturing space.
