Sourdough School

Join Ryan Ritskes for a 4-part series to learn basic and advanced techniques for creating amazing sourdough bread. Experience the difference wild fermentation makes! Sundays from 9-11:30 at the Milton Community Hall. April 19 - Enriched Bread and Buns, April 26- Whole Grains and Flavoured Bread, May 30 Artisanal Hearth Loaves, May 17 - Crackers & Waffles. Spaces are limited and Miltonvale Park residents have priority. Free, with funds provided by the Government of Prince Edward Island through the Wellness Grant Program.
