We’re excited to announce that our brand‑new 6‑week therapeutic yoga series, Slowga, officially begins March 25th at 10am at our warm and welcoming studio at 12 Second Street West.
This gentle program is designed especially for older adults who want to move with more ease, confidence, and awareness. Slowga blends slow, mindful movement with accessible postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation.

Slowga is a softer, steadier approach to yoga that emphasizes:
