In this 60-minute class you can expect:
💃To enter into a judgement-free, brave space where you are free to self-express
💃A meditation to ground into the space and set the intention for the class
💃A curated playlist of upbeat dance tracks to help inspire movement and stimulate energy flow in the body
💃Somatic dance practices you can do at home to clear energy in the body, ground yourself, release emotions, and to clear and work with your womb space
💃To leave feeling lighter, more energized, and confident

This class is offered by Olivia Leroux, a somatic facilitator and women’s spaceholder. Her goal is to bring women together to collectively heal the sisterhood wound, find peace in our bodies, and to help women reclaim their divine feminine power.
