Calling all local seed, seedling, or sapling vendors located in Eastern Ontario.
Transition Cornwall+ Food Action Group and All Things Food's Community Garden Network invite you to book your table at the 5th Annual Cornwall Seedy Saturday.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Just like last year, this event will include exhibits from seed, seedling, and sapling vendors, community and home gardening groups, and local farmers’ markets. We will have “Seed and Garden Tool Swap” table available and several hands-on garden activities throughout the space. A series of beginner workshops will also be offered in 2 large meeting room outside of the exhibit area.
To help cover the venue and event costs without creating a general admission fee, we are asking that all vendors pay a prime ($30) or standard ($20) table fee. Looking at our layout, you will see *prime tables marked as a red heart, standard tables as a green star, and **not-for-profit/activity tables marked as a gold star.
*Prime tables were assigned based on vendor feedback over the past two years.
With each ticket, you receive an 8x8 space with 1 table and 2 chairs. If you require a larger space, please adjust the ticket number accordingly. If you do not require the table for your display or require special considerations, please let us know in advance.
Not-for-profit food and garden organizations NOT selling products are welcome to register for 1 free table space. Each space includes 1 table and 2 chairs. If you do not require the table for your display or require special considerations, please let us know in advance.
Refreshments will be provided for all exhibitors.
If you have questions about the event or would like to contribute a workshop or garden activity idea, please contact Kat Rendek at a2F0aGxlZSAhIHJlbmRlayB8IGdtYWlsICEgY29t
