Join Lisa Blanchard and Lisa Beaupre-MacKinnon for a relaxing and enchanting evening. Lisa Beaupre-MacKinnon will lead you through a deeply relaxing and restorative yoga class while Lisa Blanchard will play the Crystal and Tibetan Bowls. The bowls are a sound healing instruments that guide the body into the relaxation response of the body stimulating the body's natural healing ability. You will emerge relaxed, renewed and refreshed.
