Bereaved Families of Ontario – South Eastern Region (BFO-SER) offers drop-in peer grief support sessions that provide a safe and understanding space for those coping with the loss of a loved one.

Our sessions are peer-led by trained Volunteer Grief Support Facilitators who have each experienced loss themselves. They offer compassionate support and understanding through shared experience. These sessions are not therapy—they are peer-to-peer conversations where participants can share, listen, and find comfort in connection.

Sessions take place on the first and third Thursday of each month from 6:30 to 8:00 PM at the Starbright Center, 343 Pitt Street, Cornwall.

Registration is encouraged but not required at BFOSER.ca/Support-And-Share.

All of our services are provided free of charge to the community.
