Agile Coach Camp Canada 2019
Welcome to the 10th annual Agile Coach Camp Canada. By popular demand, the event will again be held at the NAV Centre complex, in Cornwall, Ontario. Your registration includes a ticket to attend the three day event, two nights accommodation, meals included, on-site parking, and more. You may chose a single room or a double room you can share with someone you know, or we'll pair you up with someone. The event starts Friday evening and runs through to Sunday.
Ticket prices are all inclusive of all fees and taxes (HST):Single rooms are $500.Double rooms are $400 per person.
New 2019 Registration Process
We’ve changed the registration process for Agile Coach Camp Canada this year, and want to make sure you’re aware of these changes. Our goal is to make it as fair as possible for as many people to attend. We’ve sold out quickly in the last couple of years and have received feedback that it’s not fair for those who might be travelling or not able to get to a computer to register on the day registration opens. So we’ve taken steps to resolve that, and make it available to everyone. Here is how it works:
Jan 14, 2019 - Registration for ACCCA 2019You can register your name, email address, and phone number. Your name will be added to the waitlistNo purchase is necessary at this time, and you'll see tickets that look like they're sold outThere's a "Join Waitlist" button at the bottom of that screenYou do not need to select a ticket at this time, just add your name to the waitlistOnce your name has been added to the waitlist, you will be eligible for all subsequent drawsRegister anytime until the last draw on March 25, 2019The earlier you register, the more draws you'll be eligible for!

Tickets not purchased by completion date will be distributed to those on the waitlist, in the order the their names were registered.
If your name was not selected, your name will remain on the waitlist and processed (if space becomes available) in the order the names were registered. You do not need to add your name to the waitlist if you've already registered.
What is the refund policy?
We don't support a refund policy. Given that tickets are in short supply, if your name is drawn, we would ask you to complete your registration and pay within the time allocated if you are sure of attending the event. What happens when I order a double room ticket?
To ensure you bunk with the right person, you can provide this information to us when you register. If you don't have a roommate, we will arrange one for you.
* It's a draw for tickets this year? Does that mean that if I register more than once, it'll increase my chances of getting a ticket?
No. In fact, it'll have the opposite effect. Not only is it not fair to register multiple times, it's not in the spirit of what we stand for as a community. We'll be filtering out duplicates and removing them from the list. If you've decided to put your name on the list multipe times, we'll remove all of your registrations. But, we'd like to think we're a mature enough group to follow the spirit and intent of this approach, making it more fair and more accessible than it's been in previous years.
What are other options for payment?
If you prefer to use other means of payment (such as an email money transfer) please contact us at aW5mbyB8IGFnaWxlY29hY2hjYW1wY2FuYWRhICEgY2E= and we will invoice you accordingly. The total cost of the event, include all transcation fees and taxes apply, and your total remains the same. Please allow us some time as we will be doing this manually.
