- **Event Description**: This event allows us to both test and manifest our muscular, energetic, and mental strength through a series of Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutes). We will challenge our own developing skills through the presentation of 108 cycles--flowing and resting as needed.

This opportunity to create heat and endurance in the body also allows us to observe our growth and also note areas we wish to develop going forward. Four dedicated teachers will be guiding you this Solstice!

We do not come in needing to do all the cycles per se, but instead we can use this as an experiment. If you haven't been to a 108 Salutation event, it is glorious!
We begin at 9a on the Winter Solstice. Please DO eat and drink water (or enjoy a smoothie if that's your thing) in the morning so that you are properly fueled for the session. It is not recommended to practice on an empty stomach nor very full--ideal is to eat at least 90min before, or come in with a "light stomach condition" such as some banana if you must eat closer to the start of the event. Mindfully hydrate the day before and that morning.

Savasana will be given with the inclusion of sound healing instruments.
