Together, we walk to enhance awareness, education and resources for parents & families experiencing perinatal mental health challenges in our province. Did you know that 1 in 4 families are affected by perinatal mental health in our province?

This year's West Coast walk will be taking place at 10:00am May 24th 2026. Meet us by the Playground at Margaret Bowater Park in Corner Brook. We'll start with a quick chat, a group photo and then head out on our walk - all are welcome! 

The Margaret Bowater Park Trail is an easy and accessible trail. We encourage everyone to enjoy the fresh air at their own pace on walk day.

This year, 70% of funds raised will go back into the communities of the Western Zone to enhance supports and services on the West Coast. The remaining 30% of funds supports efforts on the national level.
