Beloved art, in how many a bleak hour, when I am enmeshed in life’s tumultuous round, have you kindled my heart to the warmth of love, and borne me away to a better world!
Franz Schubert’s An die Musik (lyrics by Franz von Schober) reunited beloved musician and educator Katie Anderson with renowned Canadian Tenor Adam Luther this past Spring. Now, just a few months later, Adam returns to Corner Brook, this time collaborating with Katie in this special concert to ring in her 90th birthday!
The event begins in the lobby, with space to share a drink and celebrate Katie’s incredible musical legacy. Following this, the concert will occur in the Gary Graham Theatre at 7:30PM, with a brief intermission. Finally, Adam & Katie will join the audience in the lobby for post-show drinks and celebrations. Cocktail attire is expected for the occasion.
