Yoga Wellness Day

Some gentle stretching, yummy food, fresh air along the Wild Atlantic Way and finish with some meditation and deep relaxation.
Treat yourself to a day of pampering, where the pampering comes from within.

About Yoga Wellness Day
9.30am: Arrive and have some herbal tea with energy balls/raw chocolate treats.

10am: 2-hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class

12pm: Brunch, fruit pot with yogurt, granola, brown scones and hot drinks.

12.45pm: Walk along the wonderful Wild Atlantic Way Yin Restorative Yoga

3pm: Light lunch, ie vegetarian Pizza plus salad, cake and tea/coffee.

3.45pm: Yoga Nidra (Deep relaxation meditation)

4.30pm Depart

About Ciara
Ciara has over 600 hr vinyasa teacher trainings along with yin teacher training and has been teaching full-time since 2016. She currently teaches in various studio’s across Cork City.

She loves to be part of beautiful retreats giving people that space and time to recharge and de stress. Yoga is most of all about the mental benefits and well-being, which she is enjoys offering to her students.

This Day Retreat is suitable for all levels of Yoga Experience and there is an focus on overall wellness. Tickets are non- refundable/transferable. If booking on your mobile, please ensure you have the latest mobile updates.
