Mindfulness has been clinically proven to help people manage pain, illness and fatigue.
The Breathworks Mindfulness for Health course, based on Vidyamala Burch and Danny Penman book "Mindfulness for Health" is an 8 week course during which you will learn mindfulness strategies to ease your suffering from physical ill-health and associated stress.
Cost: to cover the bare expenses there is a € 80 fee - this covers course material , travel and room rental
At the end of the course there will be the opportunity to offer a donation for the guidance.
The course takes place within a small, supportive and friendly group setting. It is open to all on a self-referral basis,
