Together we will get resourced, spend time enquiring into what is in balance and what is maybe feeling out of balance within and around us. At this time of Equinox when the light and the dark of the days are equal we are tuning in to that tipping point and starting to feel the call of the strengthening flame as the wheel of the year turns again.

These are very intense times for many of us personally and globally. Taking time to feel, give space to and move our bodies, hearts and minds is a powerful way of sustaining and resourcing ourselves. Tuning in to these changes and rhythms of the year by sharing in simple, safe, community ritual together, helps us to remember our true nature and find our centre in the sacred journey of our lives.

We will dance and enquire together, honouring our own rhythms in a way that supports us in moving back into day to day life – more connected to ourselves and our intentions, more focused, replenished and resourced.
