S U M M E R  S O L S T I C E

On Sunday, 21/06 from 10am to 1pm, we’ll move through an uplifting Kundalini Yoga practice, blending movement, breath, and meditation to awaken and centre the body. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound journey with gongs, Tibetan bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments. We’ll close with time to unwind in a warm sauna, with optional cold plunges to leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.

Schedule 
�10:00 am – 11:15 am: Kundalini Yoga (Movement, Breath & Meditation)
�11:15 am – 11:50 am: Deep Immersion Sound Bath
�12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Sauna Session

�What is Kundalini Yoga? 
Often called the "Yoga of Awareness," Kundalini is a dynamic blend of physical postures (asanas), rhythmic breathing (pranayama), and meditation. 

Benefits: Boosts energy levels, strengthens the nervous system, improves focus, and fosters a deep sense of inner peace.

�The Magic of a Sound Bath
Imagine being bathed in waves of sound. Using Gongs, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and drums, I create a landscape of vibration that washes over you. It acts like a "cellular massage," shifting your brainwaves into a deep, meditative state where true healing begins.

Benefits: Reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep quality, clears emotional blockages, and provides profound physical relaxation.
